Meet our team of occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and physical therapists who are all expertly trained and dedicated to HHH Therapy’s mission of helping children and families create a beautiful life together through direct intervention and parent education.
Occupational Therapists

OTR/L
Jenny Alders
Jenny graduated from St. Catherine University with a degree in Occupational Therapy. She also obtained a Master’s Degree in Education from St Mary’s University.
In her time away from HHH, Jenny enjoys spending time with her 3 grown daughters and her husband, Jason. She lives on a hobby farm and spends most weekends during the summer months traveling to barrel races across the Midwest.

Liz
Liz grew up in Saint Michael, Minnesota. She attended University of Wisconsin – Stout where she obtained her B.S. in Rehabilitation Services. Liz then attended the University of Minnesota and graduated from the Occupational Therapy Program with her Doctorate.
Outside of being an OT, Liz loves spending time with her husband, daughter, Grace, their two dogs, and is excited to welcome a baby boy in October 2026. She enjoys being outdoors, especially at her family's cabin in Nisswa, Minnesota. In her free time, Liz also likes going for walks, cooking, and baking.

Kennedi
Kennedi graduated from Bethel University with a degree in Biokinetics and then studied at the College of St. Scholastica and received her Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
Kennedi enjoys reading, crocheting, being outside and spending time with family and friends.

COTA/L
Cheyenne
Cheyenne grew up in East Bethel, MN. She attended Anoka Technical College and graduated with her AAS Degree from the OTA program.
Cheyenne loves to do anything outdoors- traveling, hiking, pickleball, reading, going to the gym, and skiing are some of her favorite hobbies. She is a fur momma to her Golden Retriever, Buck and wife to husband, Max.

Sarah
Sarah grew up in rural MN and moved to the Twin Cities area to attend Anoka Technical College, where she graduated in 2022 with an Occupational Therapy Assistant Degree.
Outside of being a COTA, Sarah enjoys visiting her husband Derick in Ghana, as well as spending time with her family and friends. Sarah also enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, gardening, and fishing, traveling and exploring new places, cooking, baking, craft projects, volunteering in the community, and reading or listening to audiobooks.

Katie
Katie graduated from the University of Minnesota with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and then attended The College of St. Scholastica where she received her master’s in Occupational Therapy.
Outside of being an OT, Katie loves to spend time with her husband, daughter Rylee, and dog Nanook. She enjoys going on walks, baking, pickleball, golfing, attending pilates classes, and reading.

Kenzie graduated from Minnesota State University Mankato with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Sciences and then studied at Allen College to receive her Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
Outside of being an OT, Kenzie loves to spend time with her husband, Derek, family and friends. She enjoys reading, baking, and being on the lake.

Kaylin
Kaylin grew up in Rosemount, Minnesota. She attended Winona State University where she obtained her B.S. in Psychology. Kaylin attended the University of Minnesota and graduated from the Occupational Therapy Program with her Doctorate.
Outside of being an OT, Kaylin loves to be at home with her husband Alex, son, and fur babies. Kaylin loves to be up north at the lake, spend time with family and friends, and read or listen to audiobooks.

Allison
Allison grew up in St. Cloud, MN and graduated with her Masters Degree from the University of MN Duluth.
Outside of work, Allison enjoys traveling, going to her family cabin and spending time outdoors with friends, family and her dog, Ivy.

Jennifer
Jen grew up in Bloomington, MN and received both her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Minnesota - Duluth.
In her free time, Jen loves spending time with her husband, three kiddos, and dog. She also enjoys traveling, going to the cabin, listening to live music, and watching sports.

Grace
Grace graduated from University of Minnesota-Duluth with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders and then attended University of Wisconsin River Falls to earn her Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
When Grace is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three little ones. She enjoys being active outdoors, spending time at the cabin, watching sports, and making memories with family and friends.

Madalyn
Madalyn graduated from University of Minnesota-Twin Cities with a Bachelor of Arts in Speech-Language Hearing Sciences and then attended Minnesota State - Mankato to earn her Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
Outside of her work as a speech therapist, Madalyn enjoys spending time with her husband, Russell, their dog, Sunny, and family and friends. In her free time, she loves being outdoors and baking.
Physical Therapists

Max
Max graduated from St. Catherine University with a degree in Physical Therapy.
He is one of seven siblings and happens to fall right in the middle of it. His family is very competitive, which led him to enjoy being very active in his free time. Max enjoys lifting weights, playing board games, watching movies/TV shows, and eating good food.

Abby
Abby graduated from the University of Minnesota with her doctorate in physical therapy.
She enjoys playing with her dog (Stanley), working on home remodeling projects with her husband (Eric), cooking and baking, reading, spending time with family, and anything outdoors.

Cassie
Cassie has always had a passion for working with children and supporting families. She loves helping create a welcoming and positive experience for families while building relationships with the kiddos who come through the clinic. She especially enjoys finding creative and engaging ways to encourage learning, exploration, and confidence in children through sensory play, hands-on activities, and discovering what motivates each child individually.
She loves being a supportive and familiar face for families throughout their therapy journey and enjoys helping children feel comfortable, encouraged, and excited to come to the clinic. Creating connections with both kids and parents is one of her favorite parts of what she does.
Outside of work, Cassie enjoys spending time with her kids, being a proud soccer mom, thrifting, spending time with friends and family at the races, and being outdoors whenever she can.

Frankie
Frankie has always had a passion for creativity, communication, and meeting new people. She loves being someone others can count on and enjoys bringing positive energy into everything she does. She especially enjoys creative projects and helping businesses grow their online presence through marketing and design. In the fall, she will be continuing her education in web design and marketing to advance her skills.
Outside of work, Frankie enjoys golfing, staying active, trying new coffee spots, being around kids, and spending time with friends and family.

Stephanie
Stephanie graduated from the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University with a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Psychology. She is currently continuing her education at the College of St. Scholastica, where she is pursuing her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
She is passionate about supporting children and families throughout their therapy journey and loves being part of the process as families pursue services and care for their children.
In her free time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her fiancé and their families. She also loves being outdoors, especially hiking, camping, fishing, and spending time at the lake. Recently, her coworkers have inspired her to take up new hobbies, including all things sourdough and pickleball!
