Please call your insurance carrier and check your individual plan to understand coverage for therapy. Our company is contracted with insurance companies as Hands, Hooves and Hearts Therapeutic Services, LLC, so please use that company name when checking on your benefits.

Some plans require prior authorization. Please check with your insurance company for verification. The state of MN requires a doctor order for an evaluation and we can help you obtain that.

Hands, Hooves and Hearts Therapeutic Services, LLC, will bill your insurance directly. While we will help you with this process in any way possible, ultimately any claims unpaid by your insurance company are your responsibility. Any copays, deductibles, and coinsurance amounts are due at the time of service. Also, any remaining balance, unpaid claims, copays, deductibles, or coinsurance are your responsibility.
